A Dainty Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Ring
The face of the ring measures 8 x 7mm and features a 4.5 x 3mm oval cornflower sapphire with a cluster of twelve small round diamonds, and one small round diamond to each shoulder of the ring.
