Refund policy
All items are second hand and are sold as seen which means they will have some general wear.
As a small business, we incur many costs associated with accepting and processing refunds and restocking items. We would appreciate it if purchases are well-considered and returns are made with good reason.
If you receive your item and are un-happy we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return request has been accepted you have 7 days to post the item to us, we will not be able to accept returns after this timeframe the return will be void.
We ask all customers to message us once they have posted the returned item.
Return processing times may take longer during holiday periods due to temporary P.O Box closures.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition it was received. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the item is returned to us safely. We will not be accountable for any returned postage unless we have made an error.
For the UK please ensure that you return the item via guaranteed special delivery with tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible if the returned item is lost in the post.
International returns must be marked as “UK Returned Goods” on both the parcel and customs declaration (CN22) to avoid additional custom charges. Any fees incurred due incorrect labelling will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is not as described, if you receive the wrong item or if the item has been damaged in transit. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In order to exchange an item the fastest way is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item if you are entitled to a refund this will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too so we kindly request to allow up to 7 days. Any original postage costs will not be included in the refund unless we have made an error.
