Shipping policy

Shipping Processing Time 

All orders received will be dispatched within 1 working day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail's special delivery service. International orders will be sent International Tracked or DHL Express if over a certain value, please see rates below. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Our current shipping rates and estimated delivery times; 

UK: Free UK shipping for all UK orders over £100 - 1-3 working days

UK: Orders below £100 - £8.50 - 1-3 working days. 

International (excluding France & US)-  £12.00 - aim 5-7 working days but please allow up to 17 working days. 

International US Only - £14.50 - aim 5-11 working days but please allow up to 17 working days. 

France shipping update (June 2026): Due to substantial increases in delivery & customs costs, France shipping fees have increased. Please see below;

International France Only - £22 - aim 5-7 working days but please allow up to 17 working days. 

All estimated delivery times are subject to carrier. We do not accept responsibility for any delayed shipments.

Combined postage on large orders: we will combine shipping where possible depending on quantity and value. For large orders we may decide to separate your order into separate shipments and await delivery of the first before sending any additional ones. If this is the case we will notify you prior to dispatching. 

Any international orders over £650 will be sent via DHL express. 

Duties / Taxes & Customs

Please be aware that some countries may charge import taxes and fees. We will not be held responsible for any of these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency for further information. 

We charge no tax or VAT on any orders. 

Missing / Non-Delivered Orders 

We cannot be held responsible for any incomplete delivery due to the delivery address being incorrect. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 workings days after your estimated delivery date then please contact us on info@ring-life.com with your name, order number and we will look into it for you. We may need to file a claim with the delivery courier and will look to replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 30 days for the investigation.

Tracking 

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order.
