Vintage 18ct Gold Sapphire/ Tanzanite & Diamond Flip Ring
One side of the ring features a 6 x 4mm emerald cut sapphire with two diamonds. The ring can flip over and has a 6 x 4mm emerald cut tanzanite with two round diamonds to the other side.
