Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Heart Ring
The ring is set with a 5mm wide heart-cut sapphire, with two 2.8mm wide round cut diamonds. The stones are set into white gold with the band of the ring being yellow gold.
The sapphire in natural light it’s blue and in some lighting can show more of a light lilac colour.
